Conditions

  • Vouchers must be exchanged within 6 months from the date of issue.
  • If you have a return ticket, you must use the return portion within one month of your first trip.
  • Heathrow Express serves all five terminals at Heathrow Airport with one station for Terminals 1, 2, and 3 (Heathrow Central) and a separate Terminal 5 that takes 6 minutes longer. To access Terminal 4, change at Heathrow Central for the free and frequent transfer service to Terminal 4.

 

Pass Refunds

  • The Heathrow Express is not refundable.
  • Lost or Stolen tickets are not refundable and cannot be replaced.
