Changes and Refunds

Adult/Child Flexi

  • Tickets must be returned to International Rail prior to 3 days in advance of the train travel date.
  • Refunds are subject to approval.
  • A minimum cancellation fee of 25% will apply.

Adult/Child Non Flexi

  • No changes are permitted.
  • No refunds are permitted.

Youth

  • No changes are permitted.
  • No refunds are permitted.

Senior

  • No changes are permitted.
  • No refunds are permitted.

Passholder

In Australia

  • No changes are permitted.
  • No refunds are permitted

At the train station in Europe

  • One change is permitted. The direction and city pair must be the same and the change must be made prior to the train departure. The service you are changing to is subject to availability.
  • No refunds are permitted.
