Hokuriku Arch Pass Conditions
Pass Conditions
- Passes are in the form of an e-ticket that must be
exchanged within 3 months from the date of issue at a Hokuriku Arch
Pass exchange office.
- You must nominate a start date for this pass. Once issued you
cannot change this date.
- Passes must be exchanged prior to your first train trip.
- When making an order, please enter your names as per your
Passport (including your middle names).
- One HOKURIKU ARCH PASS may be purchased, per passenger, per
stay in Japan.
- Hokuriku Arch Passes cover the services listed on our pass page
and outlined on the map.
- The Nozomi Shinkansen bullet train is not covered.
- Reservations can only be made locally, except for the
Haruka limited express train to / from
Kansai Airport which pass holders are allowed to use only in
the non-reserved section.
- The Hokuriku Arch Pass is not valid for any seats, reserved or
non-reserved, on "NOZOMI" trains on the Tokaido and Sanyo
Shinkansen lines. Please note, there are alternative bullet trains
running frequently on these lines.
- Japanese Nationals can no longer purchase this pass.
Who is Eligible to use a Japan Pass
- Foreign tourists visiting Japan from abroad for sight-seeing,
under the entry status of "temporary visitor." This must be stamped
in your passport.
Pass Refunds
- E-Vouchers that have not been exchanged can be refunded within
12 months from the date of issue.
- No refund can be made for any reason after the first date of
use.Passes must be unused and in original condition.
- A cancellation fee of 25% applies to approved refunds.
- A Hokuriku Arch Pass cannot be refunded or extended due to
interruptions in train service, late departures or any other
reasons
- Once exchanged lost or Stolen e-vouchers and passes are
not refundable and cannot be replaced.
